How Can sore Throat And Swollen Lymph Nodes Be Treated?

I am experiencing ear pain,lymph nodes swollen, clear nasal drainage (mild), sore throat, slight cough x 3 days. I am in the midst of packing and moving myself to new home. Homecare advice would be appreciated and when do I need to seek medical care. Have been taking nyquil/dayquil x 2 days.

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned please follow-:
1)Do warm saline gargle 3 times a day
2)If fever add antibiotic Cefixime-200 mg twice a day [Ab-Cef]
3)For pain take paracetamol 3 times a day
